My swag hasn’t arrived
Once you place an order, it can take up to 3 weeks for the item to be delivered to you. Please ensure the address you provided is the same as the address in your rewards profile.
My gift card hasn’t arrived
Physical Gift Cards: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email advising you of the shipping status. Physical gift cards usually ship within 3 weeks.
Virtual Gift Cards: If your eGift Card link was not included in your order confirmation email, you will receive an additional email containing further instructions and details on your order. Check your junk mail folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Prepaid Flex Mastercards®: Check your email for your order confirmation and follow the prompts on how to access your card.
